Video Clips that Motivate

I have been on and off creeping on the #BFC530 Twitter chat for a couple of months. It first caught my eye because several of my #INeLearn network colleagues were participating, and I was curious. Now, I’ll glance at the stream to see what’s being discussed and will occasionally scroll through the morning’s posts. Friday’s topic was one that always gets my attention: Video Clips that Motivate. When I saw that someone had Storified it, I followed the link. And that’s when I saw this:

Screen Shot 2015-04-05 at 5.36.51 PMI am not familiar with that particular movie, so I headed to YouTube. And Wow! The message in this goes right to the heart of what we were talking about regarding coaching the night before in #INeLearn. But then there are even more subtle messages. One becomes clear in the coach’s private talk once they are in the end zone. You knew it was coming. After all, I got chills when the camera panned over to Brock’s teammates and they gathered themselves up. If you are like me and haven’t seen this movie, you won’t be wasting your time by clicking play.
